The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donald Keim can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Betty and Families, please accept our heartfelt sympathy. We have known Don and your families for many years. We have nothing but good memories and stories of Don. He was a good friend that everyone loved to sit and talk with. We will surely miss him. Stay strong.

To the Family and Friends of Don Keim: As a friend of Donny for a few years who I got to know socially at the Pike Inn where we met after work occasionally I want to tell you how sorry I am to hear of our loss. I can tell you that Don was a guy who loved his family and the job he did at US Steel and the Johnstown Specialty Casting Co. I can tell you that Don was a knowledgable hard working guy who always did his best for the company and the customers he worked for. So many people I know spoke highly of his work ethic throughout his working days.. I know Don wasn't a very Sunday church going guy but we had a number of talks which tell me he had a faith in GOD which make me believe he is resting comfortably in the arms of his Lord as he so well deserves. One thing I'd like to conclude with is I know he liked his Ford F-150 but when he got the Thunderbird he was ecstatic with driving it. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
