CROYLE – Rhinard Zane, 74, Soap Hollow Road, Johnstown, died Nov. 1, 2010, at his residence. Born June 19, 1936, in Stoystown, son of John and Mary (Whistler) Croyle. Preceded in death by parents; brother, George; sister, Ruth Reedy; and brother-in-law, Robert Reedy. Survived by wife of 31 years, the former Violet Wills; children, Ray Dean, and wife, Teresa; and Amy, married to Paul Jensen, both of North Carolina; and Mary Kleinman, Johnstown; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Retired truck driver. Member of Tire Hill Post 4200, VFW and SNPJ Lodge 289. He enjoyed playing bocci ball and doing word search puzzles. Friends received from 1 p.m. until time of memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville, Pastor Denise Todero, presiding.
