LEPUT – Frank “Butch” Jr., 65, Jennerstown, died Oct. 12, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center. Born April 7, 1945, in Jerome, son of late Frank Sr. and Mary (Yurkowski) Leput. Survived by stepdaughter, Cindy (Sadler), married to David Wheatley, Avonmore, Pa.; stepgrandchildren, David, Brian and Kristen Wheatley; sisters and brother, Sandra, widow of Homer Gohn, Jennerstown; Paul, married to Sandy Shunk, Berlin; and Rita Friedline, Florida. Also survived by eight nieces and nephews. Army veteran of Vietnam War. Past painting foreman for Altoona-Ebensburg Center and also was employed at the former Johnstown Plant, Bethlehem Steel Corp. Member of Jerome Nest 556, Polish Falcons of America. No visitation or service. Private interment at convenience of the family. Arrangements in charge of Hoffman Funeral Homes, Boswell.
