SMITH – Thelma L. “Sally” (Kuhns), 69, Derry, formerly of Latrobe and Thomas Mills, died Nov. 5, 2010, at Latrobe Hospital. Born Aug. 19, 1941, in Mount Pleasant, daughter of Harry and Sarah (Monticue) Kuhns. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 40 years, David N. Smith, on Feb. 3, 2002; and infant daughter, Kealy. Survived by sons, David, and wife, Jackie, Ligonier; and Mark, and wife, Karen, Greensburg; and grandchildren, Matthew and Angelica. Sister of James, and wife, Janice, Pleasant Unity; Burl “Buck,” and wife, Debbie, Unity Township; Joseph, Unity Township; Patricia, married to Nicholas Chuhran, Greensburg; Zona Gracie, Latrobe; John, and wife, Brenda, Whitney; and Dean, and his friend, Dale Darazio, Derry. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev.
