Obituary for C. Wayne Borelle

BORELLE – Wayne, 80, formerly Boswell, died August 6, 2017 at the home of his sister Darla, with whom he resided in recent years. Born November 18, 1936 in Johnstown. Son of Louis, Sr. and Goldie (Todero) Borelle. Preceded in death by parents; brothers Frank, William & Vincent and sisters; Lillian Walls, Evelyn Adams and Dorothy Montgomery. Survived by brother, Louis, Jr. “Chum”, and wife Gerri, Pittsburgh and sister, Darla, married to James Shaffer, Reynoldsville, Jefferson County, PA. and numerous nieces and nephews. Previously lived with his sister Dorothy and her family for many years. Had been very active in Special Olympics, especially bowling and track. Also greatly enjoyed county sponsored Workshops. Private family viewing and service will be held at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Davidsville. Deacon Jay Pyle, officiating. Interment St. Anthony s Cemetery, Windber.
