BODZIAK - Catherine (Rubinski), 96, Boswell, passed from her body unexpectedly January 8, 2017, at home on the Feast of the Epiphany. Born March 4, 1920 in Barton, Ohio. Daughter of Alexander and Stella (Marcinkowski) Rubinski, Sr. Preceded in death by parents, husband of 65 years, Charles S. Bodziak, August 15,2004, whom she married February 4, 1939; twin brother, Charles, brothers, Frank, John and Walter, and sister Cecelia Randall. Survived by children; Rev. Father Charles F. Bodziak, Boswell, Sister Helen Therese, OSF, Bernadine Franciscan, Farmington Hills, Michigan, and son John G., Somerset; 3 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; brother Alexander, Jr. and wife Rose and sisters Mary Kozola and Sophia Kvacek. Lifelong member of the former St. Stanislaus Church, now All Saints Catholic Parish. Katie was retired from the Former Dorfman & Hoffman Garment Factory. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, feeding birds, reading, especially religious books, magazines and collecting religious memorabilia. Katie prayed the mass so often that she had memorized even the prayers said by the priest. She was quick with a smile, especially when meeting new people and was loved on earth as she will be loved forever in heaven by God, the Blessed Mother and deceased family and friends. Viewing 2-4 and 6-8 Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell where Vigil For Deceased will be held at 2PM Wednesday. Funeral mass 11AM Thursday at All Saints Church, Boswell, Rev. Father John Voytek, officiating. Committal St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
