BLOUGH -Paul A, 79, Ridge Road, Hooversville, died April 18, 2016, at Laurelwood Care Center. Born Oct 12, 1936, in Davidsville. son of Paul A. and Beulah, (Blough) Blough. Preceded in death by parents; infant daughter; brother, Alan, Oct 22, 2007. Survived by wife, of 57 years, the former Barbara A. Miller; children, Daniel, married Susan Rice, Hooversville; Nancy, married to Ronald Costlow, Jerome; Janice, married to David LaBuda, Cumberland Md.; grandchildren, Timothy, Christine, Devin, and his fiance Laura, Lance and his fiance Halie and Sara; and great-grandson, Owen. Brother of Ralph, married to Marge Cerevantes, Davidsville; former sister- in- law Kathleen (Huber), married to Fred Cotchen, Davidsville, and numerous nieces, nephews and in - laws. Member of the St. Thomas Evangelical Lutheran Church. U.S. Army veteran. Former owner /operator of Blough's Slaughter House, Ridge Road. Viewing will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at Hoffman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville. Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Thomas Church, Pastor Nila Cogan officiating.
