SABLOTSKI - Susan (Borelle), 68, of Jerome, formerly of Summerhill, died April 5, 2016, at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 5, 1948, in Johnstown, daughter of William and Mary Jane (Downie) Borelle. Preceded in death by parents, husband, Ronald L., June 27, 2007; and mother and father-in-law, Hilda and Fred Sablotski. Survived by daughters: Donna Hatison, and fiance, Ronald McConeghy, Jerome; Lynne Sablotski, Jennerstown; and Carla Wess, Somerset; and grandchildren: Mackenzie and Zane Horne; Robert Mills, and Luke Wess. Sister of Marcella and husband John Pebley and Rosemary Frampton, both of Jerome; Thomas, Boswell; Donna Brant, Somerset; Nancy and husband Wade Weimer, Jenner Township; Brian, of North Carolina; and Scott, and wife, Sue, Beaverdale. Also, survived by numerous friends and other relatives, including special sister-in-law, Donna (Sablotski), and husband, Lester Gerber, Johnstown. Graduate of the Conemaugh Township Area High School, Davidsville and Cambria-Rowe Business College. Retired employee of Memorial Medical Center Billing Department and past employee of McKolosky Chiropractic, Richland. Active member and president of the Jerome Volunteer Fire Department Ladies' Auxiliary. Former member of St. John Lutheran Church, Summerhill, and the Summerhill Volunteer Fire Department. Enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, sewing, quilting, traveling, and her grandchildren's sporting events. A viewing will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Pastor Denise Todero, officiating.
