SARGENT – Ada Faye (Adams), 79, Somerset, formerly of Jennerstown, died Feb. 7, 2016, at The Patriot, Somerset. Born Oct. 10, 1936, in Jennerstown, daughter of Willis E. and Ada (Gindlesperger) Adams. Preceded in death by parents and brothers, William and Earl Adams. Survived by sons, Bud Sargent, married to Sharon (Cunningham), Jennerstown, and Randy Sargent, married to Carol (Gordon), Hollsopple; grandson, Joseph Sargent, and fiancé, Tanya Hoyt, Johnstown; sisters, Shirley Fritz, Boswell; June, married to Ronald Diehl, Boswell; and Kaye, married to James Maust, Jennerstown; and all her friends from the Brierwood Apartments in Somerset. An employee of Somerset Hospital, where she worked for 20 years until her retirement in March 1998. Friends received from 10 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, with Pastor Brian Simmons presiding.
