LEPLEY – Sophia Grace, infant daughter of Ashley (Foster) and Bradley Lepley of Acosta, died and was delivered June 21, 2015, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Preceded in death by great-grandparents, Helen and Walter Lepley and Helen and Benjamin Trapani. In addition to her parents, she is survived by brother, Jaxson Scott Lepley; grandparents, Scott and Melissa (Shaffer) Foster, Somerset; and Ronald and Deborah (Trapani) Lepley, Jennerstown; great-grandparents, Merle and Patsy (DelSignore) Shaffer, Acosta; and Kenneth and Gloria (Bowers) Foster, Listie; great-great-grandmothers, Victoria (Pronesti) DelSignore-Thomas, Boswell; and Janet (Putman) Bowers, Listie; uncles, Garret Foster, Somerset; and Michael Lepley, married to Nicole (Velasquez), Cleveland; and numerous cousins and other relatives. A private family service will be held. Interment, St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Boswell. Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Boswell.
