MULLEN – Nicole A. (Vinosky), 37, Boswell, died May 20,2015, at Windber Hospice after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Born June 1, 1977, in Johnstown. Preceded in death by father, Dennis Vinosky; paternal grandparents, John and Mary Vinosky; and maternal grandfather, William Shaulis. Survived by husband of 14 years, Jim Mullen; son, Caden; mother, Denise Shaulis, Boswell; maternal grandmother, Helen Shaulis, Boswell; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jeff and Diane Sopich, Gray; father-in-law, Dave Mullen, and wife, Terri, Acosta; special aunt, Janet Mullen, Gray; brothers-in-law, Jeffrey Sopich, Erie; and Ryan Sopich, Gray; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A 1995 graduate of North Star High School. Member of Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, Jennerstown. Former head cook for Country Manor, Jerome, and former employee of Bender Shoe Co., Somerset. Nicole enjoyed camping, swimming, going four-wheeling and playing with her pets. She especially enjoyed time with her son Caden and being with her family. Viewing will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell. Viewing also will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday at Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, Pastor Gary Anderson, presiding. Interment, Beam Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nicole’s memory may be sent to Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, 412 Allegheny St., Boswell, Pa. 15531.
