Life Story for Diane Marie Lybarger (Dello)

Diane Marie  Lybarger (Dello)
LYBARGER– Diane Marie (Dello), 57, Soap Hollow Road, Hollsopple, entered into the Kingdom of Heaven at her home Nov. 22, 2014, after a courageous two-year battle with brain cancer. Born Jan. 10, 1957, in Windber. Preceded in death by father, Jim Dello, and nephew, Phillip Dello. Survived by husband, Jeff G. Lybarger, whom she married Aug. 11, 1979. They celebrated their 35th anniversary with a renewal of their vows at a surprise party this past August. Also survived by mother, Rita Dello, Windber; brothers, Rick Dello, Windber; Jim Dello, and wife, Barb, Wellsville, N.Y.; and Dave Dello, Windber; beloved father-in-law and mother-in- law, George and Dorothy Lybarger, Hollsopple; sisters- in-law, Pam Lybarger, Johnstown; MaryEllen, married to Jeff Hawkins, Hollsopple; and Cindy, married to Bill Barr, Hollsopple; and numerous nieces and nephews and their families. Diane was secretary for Lybarger Trucking Inc. and attended Tire Hill Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, caring for her home and watching the Pittsburgh Penguins. A devoted wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word to say. Diane loved the Lord and His word. Her faith was an inspiration to all who knew her. She always put others first, even in the midst of her condition. At Diane’s request, there will be no viewing. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Tire Hill Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Frank Young presiding. Please wear your Penguins attire.
