The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Kaufman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Dear Angie and Family ~ I remember us young gals skiing the slopes of Laurel Mountain, and how kind your parents always were. My memories of losing my Mom in 1965 are mostly blurry, but I vividly recall the sweet words of comfort your dear Mom wrote to me then. Over the years, I got to see your Dad fairly often as I worked with Lillian, and my girls and his grandkids participated in school activities. He remained so sweet every single time I saw him and he loved when I asked about YOU! I think we bonded because of the friendship you and I had shared. It's been great that you moved back home and could spend his golden years with your Dad. You have been an exemplary daughter and he was so proud and content with you and his boys. My sincere sympathy to you and yours, Amy
