WOLFORD - William J. “Bill”, 78, Johnstown, formerly of Hollsopple, died December 29, 2022 at Richland Healthcare and Rehab. Born June 11, 1944 in Johnstown. Son of Calvin and Edna (Julia) Wolford. Preceded in death by parents, wife Rosella K. (Bittner) Wolford on April 12, 2019, twin sister Maxine and uncle Ted Wolford. Survived by loving granddaughter Paige King and numerous other relatives. Bill was a graduate of Conemaugh Township High School and a U.S. Army veteran. He worked in the construction industry in the Johnstown area and was a member of Way of Hope Christian Fellowship, Hollsopple. Bill was a very humble and loyal person and one of the sweetest and kindest men you could ever meet. A private service will be held at Way of Hope Christian Fellowship with military honors.
