Preceded in death by parents and husband Scott Arkwright. Survived by daughter, Marcia (Hay) married to Dennis Neri; son, Gregory Hay married to Marlene Manculich; grandchildren, Heather Neri, Michelle married to Andy Perrin, Matthew Hay and wife Caitlin and Candace Hay; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Madeline, Logan, Owen, Mason and Ella. Virginia was a graduate of Somerset High School. A retired 36-year employee of DeVilbiss Healthcare, Somerset. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her dogs.
