Preceded in death by father and grandparents. Survived by mother of Johnstown; children, Kristina, Mercedee Cowles of Boswell, Austin Cowles of the state of Indiana, Brandon Usjak of Boswell and Shellby Usjak of Boswell; 3 grandsons and her pet dog Luna.
