PAXTON – Terry D., 75, Boswell, died November 24, 2022 at his home. Born December 9, 1946 in Friedens.
Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Audrey Jerin; special mother, Pauline Hilliard; an infant son and infant grandson; brothers, Gary Bieniasz and Gregory Seifert; sisters, Linda Seifert and Joan Schreffler; daughter-in-law Lisa Paxton and best friend, Gary Brougher. Survived by wife of 41 years, Mary Ann (Kulka) Paxton; son, Terry B., Sr. and wife Brenda; daughters, Traci married to Bret Horning, Nicole married to Matthew Tedrow and Dawn Hotchkiss; sisters, Kay Walter and Roxanne Merringer; brother, Roger Seifert; grandchildren, Terry B. Paxton, Jr., Logan and husband Luke Byers, Wyatt Horning and wife Chelsea, Warren Horning, Zachary and Audriella Tedrow and Canaan Hotchkiss and numerous great-grandchildren. Terry was a retired employee of PennDot with17 years of service. Member of All Saints Catholic Parish. He enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting with his family and belonged to numerous area sportsmen’s clubs. His fondness for fishing led him to Olcott, NY, salmon fishing for 28 years in a row. Viewing from 2-6PM Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell where a Vigil for the Deceased will be held Sunday. Funeral Mass 10AM Monday at All Saints Catholic Church, Boswell, with Rev. Fr. Aron Maghsoudi, celebrant. Committal Mt. Carmel Cemetery, near Jennerstown.
