FRIEDLINE - Ronald L., 66, Hollsopple, died October 31, 2020 at his home. Born January 5, 1954 in Somerset. Son of Kenneth K. and Kathleen J. (Miller) Friedline. Preceded in death by father and grandson Gabriel Friedline. Survived his mother; fiancé Mary (Davis) King; children Lee A. Friedline and wife Katelyn, Tyler J. Friedline and wife Bonnie and Nicole Lehman; grandchildren Liam, Jude, Hagen and Laila; brother Kenneth Friedline and wife Denise; sisters Judith Hoyt and husband Dennis and Bonnie Glenn and husband Thomas. A 1972 graduate of Somerset High School. Former employee of Bethlehem Steel Corp. and Johnstown America Corp., Car Shop Division. Retired from Earthtech, Inc., Johnstown. Member of Ferndale Sportsmen and Jenner Rod & Gun Club. Attended Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship and Maple Spring Church of the Brethren. Ron was a former competitive arm wrestler. He worked out at Black Iron Gym in Hollsopple and was a bodybuilder, which earned him the nickname “Puffy”. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and his dog Roxy. Viewing 2-4 & 6-8PM Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell with face coverings and social distancing please. A private funeral service will be held Wednesday.
