NAUGLE - Nancy L. (Kring), 92, of Davidsville, passed away January 16, 2024 at Laurel View Village, Davidsville. Born May 27, 1931 in Davidsville, the daughter of Clarence and Elizabeth (Stevens) Kring. Preceded in death by parents; husband, James A. Naugle; brother, Frederick Kring and his wife, Hilda and sister, Betty Good and her husband, Virgil. Survived by children, Brian J. married to Michele (Thomas) Naugle, Bruce A. Naugle, William E. Naugle and Beverly J. married to Michael Moyer, Sr., all of Davidsville; grandchildren, Robert and Joshua Naugle, Emilee and her husband, Michael Gerber, Haley, Adam and Eric Naugle, Ashley and her husband, Adam Kopp, Michael Moyer, Jr. and Nicole and her husband, Nick Norris and great-grandson, Oliver J. Kopp. Nancy was a 1949 graduate of Conemaugh Township Area High School. As a young woman, she worked with her father in his general store C.R. Kring Merchandise and the post office in Davidsville. She was a lifelong member of St. David’s Lutheran Church, Davidsville. Although she loved to travel, she was happiest at home raising her children and babysitting her grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Laurel View Village for their kindness and compassion in caring for Nancy.
