EWING – Lucy C. (Babela), 89, Jerome, died June 22, 2021 at Laurelwood Care Center, Johnstown. Born November 28, 1931 in Benshoff Hill. Daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Kolarik) Babela. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Robert E. Ewing, Sr. on July 13, 1990; brothers, Joseph, Johnny and William and sisters, Mary Zahoran, Marge Berg and Dorothy Prysiazniuk, Survived by sons, Robert E., Jr. married to Sharon (Wilt), Jerome; Gregory A. married to Gayle (McCrystal), Lincoln, NE and Eric J., Jerome; grandchildren Jason Ewing, Shelly McCrystal and husband Mike Mainelli, Alicia Simon and husband Toby, Robert Ewing, Jessica Rodkey and husband Adam, Amanda Lohr and husband Robert and Eric Ewing, Jr.; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and special sister-in-law, Evelyn Balogh. Lucy was a former Manager for Best Western Hotels in Upland, CA. She loved to go cruising with her children. She also enjoyed dancing, especially to polka music. Viewing from 6-8PM Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville where a service will be held 10AM Saturday with Pastor Ray Streets presiding.
