BARRETT - Lois I. (Coutts), 89, Davidsville, formerly of Hollsopple, went to be with the Lord October 19, 2019 at Laurel View Village. Born February 23, 1930 in Johnstown. Daughter of Ward J., Sr. and Bernetta E. (Sipe) Coutts. Preceded in death by parents, son Kevin R. Barrett, granddaughter Jennifer Jean Lester, sister Marion Frederick and brother Ward J. Coutts, Jr. Survived by husband of 67 years Dr. Robert E. Barrett; daughters Deborah J. married to Blaine Lester and Valerie J. married to Samuel Zambanini; daughter-in-law Salena Valdez; grandchildren Shannon (Devin) O’Mealy, Arek (Mayra) Zambanini and Kayla Zambanini; great-grandchildren Spencer, Arian and Alahna and sister-in-law Darlene Coutts. Lois was raised in Krings and was a 1949 graduate of Richland High School. Former employee of Johnstown Credit Bureau. She was an active member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Richland. She enjoyed traveling with her family and spending winters in Florida. Lois will be sadly missed by her beloved husband and family. The family would like to thank the staff at Laurel View Village and Heartland Hospice for all their compassionate care.
