FOSTER – Levada A. “Vickie” (Crissey) Hubert, 98, Somerset, formerly of New Florence, died April 22, 2021 at UPMC Somerset Hospital. Born January 9, 1923 in Central City. Daughter of Clarence and Emma J. (Custer) Crissey. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 38 years Donald Paul Foster on December 9, 2003; 4 sisters and 1 brother. Survived by children Daniel C. Hubert and wife Doris Jean, Topeka, KS; Loretta F. married to James Hockensmith, Somerset and Barry Russell and wife Lori, Broadman, OH; granddaughter Michelle and great-grandson Beau Allen. Vickie was a very active person who cleaned homes and waitressed. She was a lifetime member of Seward and Somerset VFW Ladies Auxiliaries and a member of Christian Church of Waterford. She enjoyed baking, hunting, gardening and going on picnics and to the movies. A private viewing and service will be held at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Boswell.
