ULRICH – Judith C. (Eppley), 79, of Boswell, died November 24, 2023 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born September 11, 1944 in Johnstown. Daughter of Charles B. and Dorothy M. (Horner) Eppley. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Benjamin Ulrich and brother Herb Eppley. Judy loved her family and is survived by her son, Adam Ulrich; grandson, Skyler Ulrich; sister, Joyce Gilbert and husband Walter and numerous nieces and nephews. Judy was a 1962 graduate of JBJ Joint High School, Boswell and was an active member of Jennerstown Community Church, having served on many committees. She worked for years at the Helping Hands Food Pantry, Boswell and served on the election board for Jenner Township. In her spare time, Judy enjoyed tending to her flowers. Viewing from 10AM until time of service 11AM Thursday at Jennerstown Community Church with Pastor Chuck Hildbold presiding. Interment Thomas Mennonite Cemetery.
