LEASE – Jolene J. (Simmons), 83, Somerset, died November 22, 2023 at The Patriot, Somerset. Born November 18, 1940 in Johnstown the daughter of Merle and Mildred (Hunt) Simmons. Preceded in death by parents and husband David A. Lease. Survived by children, Kelly Lease, Nicole Kennell (Ron) and Tiffany Lease (Ramona Santiago); grandchildren, Brandi Thomas, Tristan Shockey, Courtney Johnson (Derek) and Emily Kennell; great-grandchildren, Makenna Johnson (Tyler), Justice Beeman, Shelton Beeman, Aviana Shockey, Leiv Shockey, Brantley and Taylor Johnson; siblings, Dr. William Simmons (Lynne), LaRue Spangler (Roy) and Pastor Brian Simmons (Susan) and numerous nieces and nephews. Jolene was a 1958 graduate of Westmont Hilltop High School. She retired as Unit Secretary at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, antique shopping, and attending yard sales. No viewing or service will be held. Interment Maple Spring Cemetery, Jerome.
