TROESTER - Donald Jefferson, 66, Jenner Township/Boswell, formerly of Trevose Heights, PA, passed away August 4, 2020 at his home. Born July 29, 1954 in Philadelphia. Son of Louis and Doris (Campbell) Troester. Preceded in death by parents, daughter Hope Edwards and brother Robert James Troester. Survived by daughter Michelle Edwards, Hooversville; former wife Sandra Edwards-Troester; grandchildren Thomas Mettee, Alyssa and Ashtyn Edwards; great-granddaughter Eliza Mitchell; sister Janet Schneider; brother Rev. Louis E. Troester, III and wife Cherie; numerous nieces, nephews and those friends Don considered as family. A graduate of Neshaminy High School and Bucks County Technical School in 1972. Former Owner/Operator of Troester Roofing & Siding. Don was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He loved to work with his hands and was always teaching someone how things work. He was always willing to help when asked. Don was a member of the Bromley Motorcycle Club. He also enjoyed family gatherings, picnics, fishing, antique cars and the outdoors. In later life, Don moved to the Boswell area where he spent his retired years enjoying his family. Services are private. Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Boswell.
