Sheeler, father and mother-in-law James and Helen McKelvey and son-in-law Stephen Diehl. Survived by wife of 54 years Patricia L. (McKelvey) Sheeler; daughter Sherry L. Diehl, Jenner Crossroads; son Daniel G. Sheeler, Jr., Sipesville; grandsons Joshua Ware and Dakota Sheeler; great-grandson Joseph Ware and sister Linda married to Harry Wilcox, Somerset. A 1960 graduate of JBJ Joint High School, Boswell. A U.S. Navy Veteran. Former employee of GM&W Coal Co. and retired employee of Eagle Concrete. Lifetime member of Sipesville Volunteer Fire Department and Jenner Rod & Gun Club. Member of Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, Jennerstown. Dan enjoyed hunting and fishing and watching football and racing on TV. A private burial will be held at Christ Casebeer Lutheran Cemetery, Somerset.
