Preceded in death by parents, two brothers and a sister. Survived by children Tammy Cooper (David), Cindy Harmon (Bill), Duane Blank (Shirley) and Melissa Shaulis (Harvey); 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one brother and two sisters. She was a member of Johnstown Senior Life.
