Preceded in death by parents; wife Claire (Greene) Codispoti; daughter Nancy; sisters Fortunata M. “Florence” Policicchio and Mildred Hancock and brothers Domenic, Vincent, Nathan, Angelo and Anthony. Survived by sons John C. Codispoti and wife Carla, Perth, Australia and Paul, Dover, NH; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Concetta Codispoti, New York, NY. A graduate of former Boswell High School and a 1951 graduate of U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY. A Naval Reserve veteran of Vietnam War with 38 years of service. Member of the L.O.O.M. Lodge in Virginia. A graveside service will be held at 4PM Saturday August, 4th at Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery near Jennerstown with military honors by Somerset County Honor Guard.
